Week 12 At The Doghouse

With this week finished we have completed our first term of development at The Doghouse!!
This last week has been a bit slower than previous weeks because of the amount of deadlines we have had on our individual modules. We decided to work half the day on our personal assignments and the other half on the team development, this helped us focus a lot more on our own work but also made sure that the game's progress didn't come to a complete halt.
We are nearly completely ready for Demo Day now with only little touch ups left. We are not forcing ourselves to work over the Christmas break since we have worked so hard and stressed for such a long time now I believe that we really need and deserve a nice break. Saying that, multiple members of the team (including myself) will probably occasionally work on the game when they are bored.
Patty and Wren have now finished the textures for the Orc and the Knight which will be implemented very shortly into the game and will be in there for Demo Day!
Matt has just been working on adding on those little details into the game and fixing any problems that we have found.
Joe has been placing a load of interactable objects into the level so that players have more things to throw at each other.

That is it for this week, as I said before progress has slowed down a bit but it will speed up 200% when we come back on the 4th of January and we will be ready to blow everyone away!!
